Bonita Wagner is a native Texan now living in Lakehills, Texas with her husband, Sonny, and two cats. She and Sonny own Wagner R.V., Inc. in San Antonio, Texas.

Inspired by novels by Dean Koontz, Bonita began writing December 1989 and hasn't stopped since. She won her first award in 1995 at the Golden Triangle Writers Guild Conference for her novel Dead Walk, which took first place in the horror category. Cries From The Cradle won Finalist for the 2003 Independent Publisher Book Awards and Satan's Choice won finalist for the 2004 Independent Publisher Book Awards.
